1. Customized Products
- Customized items (photo gifts, printed products) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
- The product is damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
2. Non-Customized Products
- Returns are accepted within 3–5 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos as proof
- Replacement or refund will be processed after verification
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before production/shipping starts
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins
